NCS2019: Idol Summer Festival
To apply for the Idol Summer Festival on Main Stage at NärCon Summer 2019, please fill out this form before the 28th of June. The selected applicants are then contacted with further details regarding the performance.

-- Performance details --
There are 10 slots (a group counts as one spot) in the festival and each performance can be a maximum of 5 minutes. The rehearsal and the festival will take place on the 27th of July at the Main Stage for NärCon Summer 2019.

• Performance length: Max. 5 minutes
• Type of song: The song must be an Idol Song. (ex. The Idolm@ster, Love Live!, Macross, UtaPri, Idolish 7, Vocaloid)
• Dance: The choreography should be the same as the original song to give the audience a chance to chant and dance along.
• Cost: Free to enter, but every member of the troupe needs to have a valid ticket to NärCon Winter 2020 (day passes for the day of performance are valid).

• Duplicates: Two groups are not allowed to perform the same song. The first to inform for a song will be entitled to perform it.
• Priority will be given to acts that will give the show the most versitile line-up. This only applies if more than the amount of slots available are applied for. For example if 15 acts apply and 10 of those acts are from the same sourcematerial, priority will be given to the other five applicants that are not from the same source. First come, first serve does not apply.


-- If You or your group is accepted, you will need to provide the following --
• A file with the music/song that will be played during your performance.
• Your wishes regarding stage lightning.
• Information about whether you are going to sing live or not.
• This is where we will let you know whether you get to perform more than one song or not.
• A picture of your group that we can use on social media and credits to the photographer of said picture.
