I understand that there may be potential physical or emotional injury while performing volunteer duties. In consideration for being allowed to volunteer, I agree to assume all risks and release Journey ATL, its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with my participation as a volunteer.

I, [Volunteer's Name], hereby grant permission to Journey ATL to use photographs taken of me during my volunteer sessions in any and all publications, including website entries, social media, advertising, and promotional materials. I understand and agree that these photographs may be used without payment or other compensation to me. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs. I agree that Journey ATL owns the copyright in these photographs and that they may use them for any lawful purpose.
