2024 Bluemont Fair Art Sale Registration
The Art Sale is being held upstairs at the EE Lake Store.

1. Depending on the size of the artwork, up to 10 pieces may be included . Works may be entered as "Not for Sale" (NFS)

2. There is a $40 entry fee with a 10% commission fee on all art sales. Your spot will be held upon payment of the entry fee. Submit payment here: https://www.bluemontfair.org/payments-art-fair/ Entry fees are non-refundable.

3. Artists (or a representative) are strongly encouraged to volunteer for at least one 2 hour shift during the art sale. You will get a free Fair admission pass for the day you volunteer.

4. Your final list of art will be due by Monday, September 9th. No exceptions please.

-Artists will choose the price for each piece. Please note that you can label a piece as NOT FOR SALE, if you wish to enter the show but choose not to sell your work. The show is non-juried.

- Bluemont Fair Volunteers will handle sales and collect payment (cash, check or credit card) if you are not present. You will be responsible for taxes.

-Artists shall be local. (In the case of overbooking, preference will be given to artists with a home or studio in western LoCo or Clarke County.)

-All wall-hanging art media will be accepted as long as the content is “family friendly.”

-Wall art must be ready to hang (with picture hanging wire on the backside) upon delivery.

-Unframed prints or cards may be sold from bins provided by the artist. This option is available to anyone with at least one original piece hanging in the show.

-Artists, or their representatives, will drop off artwork on Tuesday, September 17th, between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm upstairs at the EE Lake Store.

-All unsold artwork must be picked up on Sunday, September, 22nd between 5:00-6:30pm. All artists payments will be available up to three weeks after the fair.
 
-Suggested number of pieces to bring is fewer than: 10 small, 5 medium, or 3 large pieces. If you bring more, we’ll add them as we have room.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
