VoteEqualityUS (formerly VAratifyERA) is a national, nonpartisan grassroots effort promoting equal rights for all Americans. The group’s purpose is to ensure the fully-ratified 28th Amendment (Equal Rights) is enshrined in the U.S. Constitution so our country is one step closer to delivering on the promise of liberty and justice for all.
VoteEqualityUS is led by a diverse group of experienced advocates from the last three states to ratify (Virginia, Illinois, and Nevada). The campaign will use the voter outreach and education approach that was successful in Virginia during the 2019 election and led to a 2020 ratification. The primary focus for VoteEquality between now and November 3rd are educational programming (undergraduate programs and law school programs), Get Out The Vote (GOTV) activities, and two nationwide tours (Southern Tour: NC, SC, GA, FL, AL; Western Tour: WV, KY, MO, KS, CO, WY, MT, UT, AZ, NM, IA).
VoteEqualityUS is currently a 100% volunteer-driven organization.
