2024-2025 GHG Membership 
This family application must be filled out to apply for membership to the Georgetown Homeschool Group for the 2024-2025 school year.  This form must be completed by all returning members and new applicants.

For new applicants, there is a $25 application fee that will be billed via email after you complete this form.  Once you pay the $25 application fee online, you will receive an email with a link to sign the remaining membership documents consisting of our statement of faith, liability waiver, permission to run a background check, etc. The background check information is required for the person that will be on campus during the semester. If more than one parent/guardian will be on campus during the semester, we need that information too.

The annual membership fee is $25.  All members, both new and returning, will be billed for the membership fee in June.  Any new applicants who apply for membership after June will be billed once their membership application is approved.  Once the $25 membership fee is paid, members will be added to our Google group.  This Google group is our primary means of communicating within the co-op. 

Co-op members are able to participate in field trips, picture day, graduation, Monday classes, and other GHG sponsored events.   

For those who wish to participate in Monday classes, please note that class registration opens in July.  At that time, the class registration form will be sent out to current members within the Google group.   Please remember that Georgetown Homeschool Group is a working co-op.  Monday class families will have required volunteer options throughout the semester.
