TERMS OF SERVICE
• I (the artist) can use the product to promote myself and my business.

•You (the customer) cannot claim the product as your own and must provide proper credit when asked to, or when publicly reposting, for a video, etc. This includes removing the watermark.

•It needs to be stated prior to payment if the work is going to be used commercially, as that will change the prices. VTubing, streaming, YouTube and/or TikToks, merchandising where the product is used to promote and intended to obtain monetary value counts under this

•I can decline any service at any time if I deem it necessary to do so.

•No Crypto. No Blockchains. No Non-Fungible Tokens. No AI-Art training off of my works, stat.

•No haggling.

•I can go through my queue and choose which commissions to work on based on level of time consumption and detail.

• I don't do nsfw

• Full amount will needed to be paid upfront after I consent to the commission inquiry.

• Past the sketching phase there will not be refunds.

• In case I do not feel confident finishing the product within a 60 day range, I will refund fully.

•  Complications caused by you stalling or ghosting will not be taken into account. Please make sure to get back to me in a timely manner.)
Pipeline / Workflow
•After sending the form, I will review your form and discuss further within DMs or E-mail based on your preferences. There, we will discuss details and pricing of the commission.

•Once that is done, I will provide a sketch preview watermarked and smaller than final size if so desired and stated! Up to 2 major changes can be requested before I will charge for further changes.

•Past the sketching phase I will not make any changes unless properly compensated. (This excludes coloring and lighting changes, which follow the 2 major change rule.)

•Please state beforehand if you would like to see a progress sketch, as I will else go by your descriptions and express the prompt within my own artistic interpretation.
