Tai Chi is being offered by Triumph Life Center at 950 Bergen Street, Newark, NJ. The instructor is Judith Rew the Director of Montclair Tai Chi.  Classes start March 8, 2023, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM and will meet weekly for nine weeks.  Classes are free and offered to the community and both older and younger adults are welcome to participate.
