Testing will be on the following date and time:

Saturday, January 7 at 9:00am

LOCATION: Grand Rapids Community College Ford Fieldhouse arena located at 111 Lyon St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503

TEST INFORMATION: The cost of the test is $45.00. Please call the GRCC Student Financial Services Office at 616-234-4020 to make your payment over the phone. If you are unable to pay over the phone, please bring cash or check to your test.

On the day of the test, please bring your driver's license, MCOLES health screening form (signed by a physician) and receipt of your payment from the GRCC Student Financial Services Office.
