The Chamber's Annual outstanding citizen/volunteer of the year award is presented to an individual for leadership and vision, along with volunteer service to the community. The nominations should stress how this person's efforts have benefited the quality of life in Osawatomie. Describe how the Nominee has displayed exemplary commitment, support, skills, leadership, outreach to other citizens and desire to make a positive impact within the Osawatomie community.
