Refer 1 friend ~ We will WAIVE $12.50 Consignor Fee for you on ONE Consignor Number
Refer 2 friends ~ You will receive an additional 5% of your sales (a total of 70% on ONE Consignor Number)
Refer 3 friends ~ You will receive an additional 10% of your sales (a total of 75% on ONE Consignor Number)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Referred Consignors can not be immediate family members and must have never consigned with Rhea Lana's of Hot Springs previously to count towards this incentive.
- Referred Consignors MUST consign at least 25 items (entered and checked in at event) to be counted towards this incentive.
- Referrals will ONLY be captured by filling out this form.
- Incentives may not be deferred to future events.
- Only one incentive may be applied per event.
- The deadline to enter your referrals is Wednesday, April 3rd at midnight. No referrals will be accepted after this date.
