Hi, I'm Ashley DePaulis and as an Embodiment Practitioner, I work with high achieving leaders and people-centered organizations to support health, wellbeing and morale. Through body-based mindfulness you learn to de-stress on demand and break habits that lead to chronic stress, burnout and dis-ease in the body, relationships and work cultures.

Your Vital Body Assessment will look at what the cycle of burnout is costing you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It will also explore how well you know and manage your emotions. All of which play into you being better at stress.

Once you submit your assessment, your 30-minute complimentary reading is where I'll share some best next steps to help you thrive in both body and life-work integration. Our time together is for you to receive guidance and support, it is not a sales pitch.

Your honesty through the assessment, and your willingness to receive guidance will prove beneficial. Allow yourself about 5-10 minutes to answer the following questions thoughtfully.
