The Q.I. Network is an analytics informed learning community, supported by a data warehouse and dashboards, benchmark analysis and CQI trainers supporting programs in the implementation of local quality improvement strategies. The QIN is managed by Early Intel with the support of CCR Analytics, and co-hosted by the Region 4, 7, 9 and 10 Head Start Associations as well as the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington State Head Start Associations.
Cohort members will receive standardized analytics for their program data via a Microsoft's Power B.I. dashboard with benchmarks based on their cohort participants, as well as online training and convening with a curriculum focusing on methods and process for continuous quality improvement (applied to child assessments, CLASS , family outcomes, trauma informed care, Covid-19, remote learning, special needs, etc.), led by subject matter experts.
The Q.I. Network program (dashboard production, CQI training, facilitated sessions and implementation coaching) will run through the 2021-22 program year, and be supported by the Q.I. Network online member platform, which stores recorded content, tools and threaded conversations. Coaching on program improvement projects is conducted by veteran Head Start leaders and CQI experts.
