Due to the increase in COVID, Influenza, and RSV cases, the hospital has decided it's probably best to prep off site again this year. We are asking everyone wear masks while plating and delivering food, to help avoid any inadvertent contamination.
If you are showing symptoms of any kind of illness please stay home this year. Although we love everyone's help, it's most important we keep those most vulnerable safe and not risk anything.
We will bring all of the food to the Double Tree Hotel in Fresno again and use their kitchen to package meals for delivery.
We will meet at the Double Tree Hotel in Fresno at 3:00pm to unload, deliveries will start around 4:00pm
Anyone entering the HOSPITAL will have to be cleared through volunteer services with proof of vaccination for both COVID and Influenza. Let me know if you have been cleared with Community Medical Groups Volunteer Services, as we can use help in delivering to units on Christmas Eve.
