Should you need to make corrections to your school's submitted registration, please use this form.
CHANGE FEES:
- If your corrections are submitted before receiving your preliminary draft schedule, there is no charge for changes.
- If your request is made after receiving your PRELIMINARY DRAFT schedule, a $20 per routine processing fee applies for all changes. Please note that refund policies remain in effect. To settle late change fees, send payment via e-transfer to summitdancechallenge@gmail.com before your changes can be applied.
TITLE CHANGES:
- Please do not request title changes using this form. Studios can manage title changes by logging into their online account. Ensure that title updates are completed by the Preliminary Schedule Email deadline; otherwise, changes will not be reflected in the program.
SCRATCHED DANCERS or ROUTINES:
ALL OTHER CHANGE REQUESTS:
- We can accommodate category error fixes. However, due to intricate scheduling and sessions optimized for dancer costume changes, it may not always be possible to fulfill requests for new performance slots or times. We can, however, swap entry numbers within the same session. For instance, you can request to swap your teen jazz large group with your teen large hip-hop group in the schedule. This may be helpful for complex costume or hair changes.
