To best make decisions on future classroom sizes, placements and ordering supplies for next year, we like to know which families intend to attend Quakertown Elementary School for the 2023-2024 school year.

Please take a few minutes to fill out this Google Form to help us make those decisions.  Please note, that every student needs to have a response, so if you have two or more students, you will need to fill them out for each student.
