At Discovery Elementary we strive to make sure that each and every student has the necessary resources to help them achieve their best. In this ever changing economic climate sometimes we find ourselves in need of resources and assistance. If you would like to be considered for assistance, please fill out this form. By sending this form we are better able to reach out to those in need and will, from time to time, send home information and resources that become available. All information is strictly confidential and will only be shared with the necessary staff at Discovery.
