Custom Meat Reservation
Hi! Thank you for interest in buying in bulk from Together Farms! I manually update the availability so please know that some dates might show incorrect info: we will do first-come, first-served.

After I receive your preferences I'll follow up with you to talk details. We are not taking deposits - filling out this form is your commitment - don't break it! If you do you will not be able to custom order from TF again.

Pricing is indicated below (hanging weight plus butcher costs; local delivery is free but $40/box for shipping outside of Wisconsin and $20/box in WI (1/4 cow is usually 2 boxes and 1/2 pig is usually two boxes). The final total due will be invoiced at the time of delivery. For bulk meat we prefer check or cash but can do a credit card also.

If your preferred date is out let us know and we'll see if we can make an accommodations, you can also check our online store for bundles that are available now (www.TogetherFarms.com).

Thanks so much!
Steph

How much BEEF would you like? Butcher pricing is currently $91/hd (42.5/half, 21.25/quarter) plus $0.84 to cut and package (quarters are $0.95/lb) plus extra for any additional processing you choose (like smoked products, etc). Assume $1/lb hw for the butcher and you'll be close - you will receive a copy of their itemized invoice.
TF charges based on hanging weight also, price noted below. Bigger animals (more meat for you) will cost more and smaller animals will cost less. Note that about 65% of hanging weight will end up in your freezer after cutting - depends on how you have it cut (how much is boneless, smoking/curing has shrinkage, etc).  For more info on hanging weight & loss check out: https://animalscience.psu.edu/outreach/programs/meat/pdf/the-butcher-stole-my-meat.pdf
