Executive Director Search Committee
In a concerted effort to bring a DEI-focused lens to the Executive Director selection process, the search committee would like to identify a diverse slate of members who can better understand the needs of AMTA cohorts.
In alignment with association executive search best practice, there are currently three members of the search committee who have been selected due to their roles and ability to offer relevant institutional knowledge:

1.     Amber Weldon-Stephens, Immediate Past President and ED Search Chair

2.     Lori Gooding, President-Elect

3.     Ed Kahler, Treasurer

The remaining four slots will be selected from a diverse array of AMTA members representing as many minoritized sectors, different regions, education levels, career stages, and practice areas as possible– i.e. clinicians, faculty and business owners. Strong preference will be given to those who can demonstrate evidence of a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

**Interested candidates are requested to complete the following short questionnaire by May 15th. The DEI committee will select the most qualified candidates for participation in the Executive Director search, approximately by the last week in May.
