About the host: My name is Taylor Cigna and I am a rising senior at Colgate University. In my own grief journey, I attended a Death Cafe at Colgate and found it to be an incredibly positive experience, inspiring me to lead my own in the Chicago area. There is no agenda at these Cafes; I simply intend to create a safe space where people can come and discuss loss, grief, and make the most of the finite nature of our lives.

I encourage you to tell your friends/family/peers about this! I look forward to seeing you soon :)
LOCATION/DATE/TIME: GRACELAND CEMETERY (THURSDAY JUNE 29, 4:30-6PM)
- Please see map
HERE for locations details on the entrance, restrooms, and closure(s).
Parking: If individuals in your group are coming by car, we ask that you inform each person to park on Irving Park, Clark Street, or Montrose Ave. There will not be parking available at the cemetery during the main entrance construction.
****The actual Death Cafe will be held in the Graceland Cemetery Chapel, but we will meet by the Greenwood Gate Entrance and walk to the chapel together. If you arrive a little past 4:30, meet us at the chapel!
WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE! The only time we'd really be outside is right around 4:30 when we are meeting, and the short walk to the chapel. If there is rain, bringing an umbrella might make you feel more comfortable during the walk from the entrance to the chapel.
