RTW Event Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Ride the Wave 2022. The RTW festival is a community event and presents a mix of surfing and skating competitions, a music festival, markets and family friendly fun. Our festival is in it's 2nd year, and aims to provide an entertaining, safe and happy environment for everyone. Festival volunteers play a vital role in helping us achieve this!

Festival volunteers are afforded a wonderful opportunity to meet and work with new people, to share in the festival excitement, and to give back to the local community in a rewarding way. Thank you in advance for your contribution of time and energy.

A general volunteer at Ride the Wave might be required to assist with any of the following....
- car parking steward
- set up and pack down
- gate/ticket collection at RTW Sound Wave concert
- admin assistant at surf and/or skate competitions
- flyer distribution
- data collection
- crowd control
- serving coffee (from MAD van)
- Barista
- Bar attendant
- Selling Merchandise
- General helper
- Food Truck attendant
- Backstage assistant at Ride the Sound Wave
- Hospitality Rider for bands
Please note:  we reserve the right to select volunteers and to assign duties as appropriate

*insurance coverage for you whilst you are acting as a RTW Festival Volunteer
