DSI Studio is free for clinical use.

The clinical license follows CC BY-NC-SA 2.0 license with the following requirements to protect patients and minimize DSI Studio users from possible liability. Users under a clinical license will receive notifications of critical updates that may affect the tractography quality.

1. The license is for one year and can be renewed.
2. Users must maintain a valid IRB in the licensing period.
