Please fill out in full if you'd like to pre-order a 2024 Dogs Forever Calendar. This will NOT pre-pay for your calendar, just assures we order enough. We will send you an email so you can pick yours up and pay at the shelter when they are ready. If you'd like to have one shipped to you, there is an addition $4 to ship per calendar.

Filling out this form you recognize your calendar is NOT pre-paid and your payment will be due at pickup. If we are mailing your calendar, you can pay through Venmo or send in cash/check. We will contact you with your total through email and verify how you'd like to pay when they're ready. Please add fundraising@dogsforever.org to your email lists and make sure to check your junk/spam after the contest is over - just in case! *
