Please complete the following form to register your son/daughter for the St. Pius Confirmation Program. Classes will begin on Sunday, September 22, 2019 and will be held one Sunday a month 3:30-5:00 pm.

Please provide a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate and First Communion Certificate (if not through St. Pius) and remit Certificates and Program fees by Friday, September 13, 2019 to the Parish Center. Child will not be able to attend classes until all forms & monies are received.

Confirmation fee is $75.
