If any of the information provided to Slowood Corporation Limited (here after referred to as Slowood) and BSH home appliances Limited (here after referred to as Bosch) is inaccurate resulting in failure by Slowood and Bosch to contact the Winner for redemption of the Prize, Slowood and Bosch  shall not be liable for any loss and will not reissue the Prize to the Winner. The Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for any other products. Slowood and Bosch may replace the Prize with comparable gifts without prior notice.  

5. Slowood及Bosch 保留隨時更改使用條款及細則之權利，而不會作另行通知。如有任何爭議，DECATHLON保留最終決定權。 
Slowood and Bosch reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate this event and/or any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Slowood and Bosch shall be final. 

6. Slowood及Bosch 就參加者名單、資格、禮品，及所有與本活動有關之日期及時間等保留最終決定權。Slowood及Bosch have the sole discretion to determine participants' eligibility, gifts and any dates and time in relation to this event.

7. 換領禮品時須出示中獎確認電郵及會員號碼Qualified entrants must present the confirmation email and membership ID for gift redemption. 

8. .如得獎者在電郵發出後七天內未能領取禮品，將視作放棄論。Qualified entrants need to redeem the gift within 7 days after receiving the confirmation email. Failure of redemption will result in cancellation.
