About Us
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the state of California. SN Inclusion provides free career-technical education for individuals with special needs.
With unemployment rates for individuals with autism being approximately 85%, SN Inclusion’s mission is to tap into the unique strengths, passions, and abilities of special needs individuals to enable them to join the workforce. SN Inclusion has advisors including board-certified experts on autism and Stanford University professors. The organization has achieved partnerships with local businesses such as the embroidery company Turtleworks, as well as with Friends Coffee and Tea, a Cafe operating under the nonprofit organization Friends of Children with Special Needs (FCSN).

About You
A leader passionate about neurodiversity advocacy and ready to make an impact. We highly encourage international chapters to bring SN Inclusion opportunities to people globally. Every year, we will award a Chapter of the Year (team) and Chapter Lead of the Year (individual). You will receive a certificate as well as recognition on the SN Inclusion website for your awards. All chapter leads will be featured on SN Inclusion’s website.
