I herby give up all my rights to sue or make any claim whatsoever against the Friona Chamber of Commerce or any promoters, sponsors and all other persons connected with this event for any injury to property or person I may suffer. These entities are not responsible for any damages to merchandise or anything relating vendors.

IMPORTNAT INFORAMTION 
This is a family event and all merchandise offered for sale must be in keeping with the integrity of the event. Vendors are not guaranteed any exclusivity to types, forms or brands of merchandise sold. 
ALL FOOD VENDORS WELCOME! No vehicle on the grass. You are responsible for transferring your own merchandise, tables, chairs, shade, and cleaning immediate space. Your booth space is confirmed when payment is received. Fee is non-refundable. Vendors can begin setting up at 8:00 AM Saturday, July 20th, 2024, VENDORS NEED TO BE SET UP NO LATER THAN 10:30 AM. FESTIVAL BEGINS AT 11:00 AM.
