Lion Pride Strength & Conditioning Summer 2024 Registration
Lion Pride is a FREE summer fitness program at Bluestem Jr/Sr High School that is designed to optimize athletic performance via a combination of weight lifting and speed/agility training. Athletes are STRONGLY encouraged to attend, as there will be many coaches from multiple programs attending daily.

COST: FREE TO ATTEND

*T-SHIRTS MAY BE PURCHASED (OPTIONAL) FOR $20. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO BHS WEIGHTLIFTING. *DUE MAY 16TH IN THE HS OFFICE

STUDENT ATHLETES IN GRADES 7-12 FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
STUDENTS UNDER 7TH GRADE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND.

BLUESTEM JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL WEIGHT ROOM, GYMNASIUM, DISTRICT STADIUM

WHEN:
JUNE 11-JUNE 27, JULY 9-AUGUST 1 (7TH-12TH GRADE, T,W,TH, 7:00AM-8:30AM)
EVENING SESSION (7TH-12TH, T,W,TH  5:00-6:30 PM)

Note: This is a come and go session. Students may arrive and leave at leisure within the given time frame.
Parent permission is required to attend.

Dates, times, and session assignments will be communicated by coaches to participants/parents through Bluestem USD 205 Website and Social Media Outlets.
