Greetings, GPP Participants!

On-Campus Housing is expected to be located in "The Village" is available for GPP students at an additional cost of $40.05 (double occupancy) or $48.81 (single occupancy) per night. Residents will have access to a communal bath and kitchen space, shared between 5-10 other GPP participants. This cost does not include meals.

Official Housing Dates: Sunday, August 18 - Thursday, September 12

* Students have the option of moving in earlier than the official move-in date of Sunday, August 18.

On-Campus Housing Cost*: (Double) $40.05 per night / (Single) $48.81 per night

[Optional] Linen Rental: $40 for the duration of your stay

We strongly encourage you to consider the on-campus housing option as it is located closer to classes and is likely to be more affordable than other temporary housing options such as hotels, hostels, or Airbnb.

Global Engagement staff (as the Conference Coordinator) will be registering my intent for on-campus housing on my behalf.

The GPP 2024 available housing dates range from Sunday, August 18 to Thursday, September 12. I am eligible to move in earlier but must move out by Thursday, September 12

I will inform Global Engagement through this form of my intended housing dates. If I choose to shorten or lengthen my duration, I must inform Global Engagement as soon as possible.

Once my GPP housing contract begins, I am responsible for the cost of all dates originally requested. If I choose to shorten my time, I may be responsible for dates originally booked and paid for by Global Engagement.

I must clean and vacate my space to check-out no later than 1:00 pm on my requested check-out date or Thursday, September 12, whichever is earlier.

I have read and agree to the UCSC Conference Services Housing Policy as indicated above.

I am responsible for all housing fees associated with my stay during GPP.

I will be charged the housing fee to my student billing account in the Fall quarter by Global Engagement.
