Please provide a written statement about the request for exemption from the Cardiff High School and NSW Gov. Mobile Phones in Schools Policy. Outline the needs of the student, and why they would require their mobile phone in use rather than OFF and in their bag.

Please outline what time or location your child would need to acces their phone and why this communicaton could not be provided throught the school office. *

Students who are provided with an exemption must adhere to a set of rules ensuring they do not engage in social media, and must have phones on silent, unless otherwise granted. Exempt students must not allow other students to use their phone at any time and, where possible, when not in use, the phones must remain in the student's bag.
