Adoption Application (English)

There are so many dogs needing forever homes, so we thank you for choosing to be part of the Cocker Spaniel Friends Korea. We only wish for you to love and cherish our dogs as part of your family until their last day.

1. Adoption Process
(1) Submit our application in Korean or English
(2) 1st Consultation (via phone or zoom)
(3) Meet the adopting dog (The adopter will need to visit the foster home and see the dog in a much more familiar surroundings)
(4) 2nd Consultaion
(5) 2 weeks of trial, where you get to care for the dog at your home.
(6) Adoption finalize

We do not require an adoption fee, but instead ask you to be part of our Cocker Friends community, which requires a 10,000 ~ 20,000 won/month donation.
* However, if you are living abroad, then we may ask for a donation and all travel costs for the dog would have to be provided. 
The donations are solely used to rescue and take care of other cocker spaniels in need of homes.

We don’t ask for a adoption fee, but if the dog was neutered we do ask for the fee of that surgery. Are you willing to pay a monthly donation of 10,000~20,000 won? (For complete transparency, all our income and expenses that are used in rescuing and treating our dogs are posted on our private Naver community site.)
