South Asian Nation, Inc. reserves the right to dismiss any student due to misconduct, failure to follow rules or policies set by the instructor, or disruptive behavior. I understand that my agreement cannot be canceled during this term. All classes must be paid in advance. There are no makeup classes for failure to attend. Prepaid classes are non-transferable, and there are no refunds of any kind. Children are meant to come to the classes to have fun and learn dance. Any behavior the teachers find as misconduct (fighting, bad behavior, not listening, bad language, crude behavior or stopping the class from learning) could and will lead to dismissal of the student.

In consideration of your acceptance of my child's entry onto the team, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, release and discharge South Asian Nation, Boston Bhangra and Salsa Y Control dance studio and building and/or it’s departments, officers, agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns and against any participants for any and all damages which may be sustained by me, or my child or any of my representatives in association with or entry in the Salsa Y Control dance studio, or any which may arise out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from the said Bollywood dance class.
