The intent of this form is to have a single repository of information about vendors interested in having a table at a community event to share information about their services in the Philadelphia region. You agree to be contacted about such opportunities.  Those who complete it will be able to subsequently edit their responses at any time, as well as view the complete list. This service is being collaboratively managed by Community Connections Collaborative and Global Citizen.
