I acknowledge that I will make non-refundable payment of R35000 or R25000 as applicable to secure my booking, before 17 May 2023. Estimated cost of tour will be at the R35 000 or R25 000 as per Option 1 or Option 2 dependant on type of hotels and conference fees. *
I acknowledge that I am responsible to organise and apply for my own VISA to Tunisia, or to provide the travel organisers with documentation required if I select the Istanbul, Turkey option (Option 1), where the visa is included in the package. I also acknowledge to ensure I obtain valid COVID PCR tests prior to departure, should any of this be necessary. *
I acknowledge that I am responsible to arrange my own travel and medical insurance. The travel insurance covers you if you need to cancel; the flights and accommodation due to COVID restructions e.g https://www.hollard.co.za/other-products/travel-insurance *
I acknowledge that once the fees have been paid to the travel agents, tour operators, and conference organisers I can not cancel and will not get a refund. Refunds must be arranged via your Travel Insurance. (See above) *
