1. CRITÈRES D'ADMISSIBILITÉ :

 • L’artiste doit être membre en règle du CAPRAC (carte membre/adhésion 2021-2022)

 • Toute forme d’art est acceptée, pourvu qu’elle respecte les consignes suivantes :

 • Aucune reproduction ne sera acceptée, l’œuvre doit être originale et les droits d’auteurs doivent vous appartenir
    (si vous reproduisez des photos en peinture, les photos doivent vous appartenir).

 • L’œuvre doit avoir une présentation professionnelle; l’encadrement des tableaux demeure au choix de l’artiste.
    Les œuvres encadrés sous vitre sont acceptés, mais ne seront pas admissibles à la livraison domestique avec Poste Canada
    (ramassage sur site seulement).

 • Les œuvres doivent être disponibles et livrés au bureau du CAPRAC – s.v.p. communiquer avec nous si vous envisagez des
    problèmes de transport et/ou de mobilité.

 • Maximum de 10 œuvres par exposant.


2. CONDITIONS DE VENTE ET FRAIS DE COMMISSION :

 • Arts visuels et métiers d’arts : une commission de 35% sera prise sur le profit des ventes, et 65% des profits sur la vente seront versées à l’artiste.

 • Littéraire et musique : une commission de 20% sera prise sur le profit des ventes, et 80% des profits sur la vente seront versées à l’artiste.


3. ENGAGEMENT DE L'ARTISTE :

• L’artiste s’engage à fournir toutes les informations nécessaires pour la vente de leurs œuvres :

 • L’artiste s’engage à communiquer avec le CAPRAC si une ou plusieurs de ses œuvres ont été vendus pendant la durée du contrat de consignation avec le CAPRAC jusqu’à 1 mois après la durée du contrat.

 • Signer et respecter tous les aspects du contrat de consignation. Le contrat sera envoyé seulement aux artistes retenus par le comité de révision.

4. PROMOTION :

 • L’artiste autorise le CAPRAC à reproduire et à diffuser ses œuvres sur son site Web, sur sa page Facebook, dans les outils de promotion ainsi que sur le site Web de la galerie tout en conservant une identification de l’artiste ou du groupe à proximité du visuel retenu pour la diffusion.

 • Le CAPRAC se charge de la promotion des œuvres qui sont en consignation dans la galerie CAPRAC à travers les expositions promotionnels dans des espaces locales, réseaux sociaux, et auprès de la communauté au large.

5. CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION :

 • Le comité réviseur du CAPRAC se réserve le droit de refuser toute oeuvre non conforme aux critères d’admissibilité comme décrite ci-dessus. Toute non conformité aux engagements décrits ci-dessus disqualifiera l’opportunité de participation. Le CAPRAC se réserve le droit de modifier les conditions et les modalités de cet appel sans préavis.

6. DEMANDE D'EXPOSITION :

 • Pour soumettre votre demande, veuillez fournir tous les renseignements demandés dans le formulaire.

 • Envoyez vos images à info@caprac.ca via le site www.wetransfer.com pour faciliter le téléchargement des images.

 • S.V.P. soumettre les dimensions exactes en pouces, et le poids exacte en grammes, et soumettre des images de haute résolution afin d’éviter des difficultés avec l’édition numérique et de bien représenter l’oeuvre sur la plateforme e-commerce.

 • S.V.P. lire les consignes attentivement et soumettre toute l'information requise au moment de la demande. N'hésitez pas à communiquer avec nous si vous avez des questions. Les œuvres sélectionnés seront en exposition sur le site de la galerie (www.galeriecaprac.ca) dès le 19 novembre.

*Si l’oeuvre est encadré, s.v.p. donner les dimensions de l’oeuvre sans cadre ET les dimensions de l’oeuvre encadré.

** Veuillez noter que si l'on vous demande les dimensions d'un cadre ou d'un objet, veuillez donner les mesures réelles car elles sont utilisées à des fins d'expédition.

*** Tout formulaire incomplet sera rejeté.

 • The work must be professionally presented; the framing of the paintings is at the artist's discretion. Works framed under glass are accepted, but will not be eligible for domestic delivery with Canada Post (pick-up on-site only).

  • Artwork must be available and delivered to the CAPRAC office - please contact us if you are considering transportation and/or mobility problems.

 • Maximum of 10 works per exhibitor.

 • The artist agrees to contact CAPRAC if one or more of his works have been sold during the term of the consignment contract with CAPRAC up to 1 month after the term of the contract.

 • Sign and respect all aspects of the consignment contract. The contract will be sent only to the artists selected by the review committee.

4. PROMOTION :

 • The artist authorizes CAPRAC to reproduce and distribute his or her work on its website, Facebook page, promotional tools, and on the gallery's website while keeping an identification of the artist or group close to the visual selected for distribution.

 • CAPRAC is responsible for the promotion of the works that are on consignment in the CAPRAC gallery through promotional exhibitions in local spaces, social networks, and to the wider community.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION :

 • The CAPRAC Review Committee reserves the right to refuse any work that does not meet the eligibility criteria as described above. Any non-compliance with the commitments described above will disqualify the opportunity to participate. CAPRAC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this call without notice.

6. APPLICATION FOR EXHIBITION :

 • To submit your application, please provide all the information requested in the form.

 • Send your images to info@caprac.ca via www.wetransfer.com for easy downloading.

 • Please submit the exact dimensions in inches, and the exact weight in grams, and submit high-resolution images to avoid difficulties with digital publishing and to properly represent the work on the e-commerce platform.

 • Please read the instructions carefully and submit all the required information at the time of application. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. The selected works will be on display on the gallery's website (www.galeriecaprac.ca) as of November 19th.

*If the work is framed, please give the dimensions of the unframed work AND the dimensions of the framed work.

** Please note that if you are asked for the dimensions of a frame or object, please give the actual measurements as they are used for shipping purposes.
