SSA Draft Plan Survey
When making decisions, problem solving and taking action; utilize the following questions:

*Does this decision align with the District mission/vision?
*Whom does this decision affect both positively and negatively?
*Does the decision being made ignore or worsen existing disparities or produce other unintended consequences?
*Are those being affected by the decision included in the process?
*If we do nothing, who benefits?
*What other possibilities were explored?
*Is the decision/outcome sustainable?

North Bend School District will be viewing these decisions delicately through an "equity lens". This means we will be gathering information, asking questions and gaining knowledge from many resources to reinforce and include all voices when it comes to decision making. We appreciate your feedback by participating in the survey below. It will provide us with the vision we need to see a much brighter future for our staff, students and community.
