this form is used for registration of seminar participants' INNOVATION IN PRODUCTION, LOGISTICS, AND MAINTENANCE.
The seminar will take place in the following cities:

02.06. near Brno (Ostrovačice) - Hotel D1

The organizers of the event are the companies:
Datalogic, POINT.X SK, SIMAP, Mitsubishi Electric Europe, Proglove, M2M Solutions, and PROFYLAX.

The seminar is free, and the condition of participation in the registration of participants.
The registration form is filled in by each participant separately, even if more participants from the given company participate.

The information obtained using this form will be processed by the rules of the GDPR, will be used exclusively for the registration of seminar participants, and will not be provided to third parties.

Due to the global pandemic situation, all participants are obliged to comply with the current regulations in force in the Slovak Republic or the Czech Republic and to comply with the rules set by the event organizer.
