The Bristol Aggie Spring Exposition was created to highlight and promote the agricultural, environmental, outdoor, conservation, and/or sustainable businesses, agencies, and organizations working in our region during a family-friendly event.  We welcome those working in the areas listed above, or related areas, to participate as exhibitors.  We encourage exhibitors to distribute promotional materials, fund-raise, promote upcoming events, sell products, memberships, merchandise, tickets, or livestock.
 We reserve the right to deny exhibit spaces to potential exhibitors that are not consistent with the theme of the Spring Exposition.

Exhibit Spaces
Spring Expo offers both indoor and outdoor exhibit spaces.  A limited number of electrical outlets are available to indoor spaces.  Outdoor spaces are much larger and therefore better suited large equipment/displays, plant sales, and large livestock.  We cannot guarantee access to electrical outlets to outdoor exhibitors.  Exhibit spaces are assigned on a first-registered- first served basis.

Live Animals
Exhibitors are allowed to include live animals.  Grassy outdoor spaces are available for those bringing hoofstock/farm animals and/or dogs.  Please indicate your desire to bring live animals below.

Exhibitor Cost
Indoor and outdoor exhibit spaces have a registration fee is $40 and must be paid prior to event. Alumni have a 20% discount ($32). We encourage creativity and will make every effort to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.
