This Retreat may not be suitable for anyone who has serious physical/medical conditions. If you have had any serious physical or emotional illness within the last few years, or are under any medical or psychiatric supervision please advise us at the time of booking. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate in this retreat please contact us beforehand to discuss this. Please let us know if you are on antidepressants as cacao can react with some anti depressant medication causing headaches. You can still join but we would offer you a smaller dose of cacao.
Liability
Please understand that you are responsible for your own health and well-being during the retreat. Louise Shiels will not be held liable for any injuries or other medical or emotional problems that may occur, are sustained or aggravated during or after your time on this retreat. Louise Shiels will not accept any responsibility for cancellations. Neither can we be responsible for any loss or damage of property or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of Louise Shiels.
Travel/holiday insurance recommendation
We ask that all our participants purchase travel insurance to include CANCELLATION COVER in case of any possible cancellation for personal reasons.
All travel arrangements to the retreat are your responsibility and at your own cost.
Cancellation Policy
* If we cannot move forward with the retreat and we cancel your booking, you will get a full refund or your deposit can be moved to a retreat of your choice in the future.
* If you have to cancel for any reason the deposit is non-refundable unless the space can be filled.
