Classifications

At our event, the different classes are based on the number of winds and percussion ONLY. It does not include the auxiliary, color guard or drum majors. For those signing up who do not know their exact band size, please give us your best guess. If it changes, please notify us ASAP so that we can schedule you in the correct class.

Below are available add-on options. These are optional, and are based on first come first served. Once available slots have been filled, we will let you know. Any time requests can be made in the comments box below. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request.

Instant Feedback *

The instant feedback option is an additional $150. Immediately following your performance, a clinician will spend 15-25 minutes outside of the stadium discussing the bands performance. You have the option to have this done either for the entire band and staff, or just you and the staff. The choice is yours. Our experience in the past with the instant feedback is that all of the bands enjoyed having the clinician speak to the students and staff.

Payment

All payments will be sent via Quickbooks Invoice. You will have the option of paying that invoice via ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card OR you can mail in a check.
