FULL RENTAL

If you would like to rent our space, the rental is $100/hour. You are fully responsible for promoting and filling the space. TFC does request 4 discounted spaces for members of The Collective if this is a fitness related event.

Rental fee ONLY applies to usage of the space. There are additional fees located at the bottom of this page as well as on the rental agreement (that you receive once the date is approved as available) should you need equipment for your event.

RENTAL SPLIT

Should you choose to rent our space and agree to a Rental Split, there will be a 50/50 OR 60/40 split based on discussion of needs once date is approved.

You will receive 50% OR 60% of sales made from the event, while the studio will keep the remaining 40% OR 50% as agreed.

If your event involves fitness, TFC requires a maximum of 4 spots to be reserved for Fitness Collective members. 

TFC will share the responsibility for marketing or promoting your event as well as post and share any flyer/template that you create for your event on TFC Social Media pages. We can also create a flyer instead if preferred.

The link for clients to book your event will be created via our booking system.

You will receive a payout for your event the week of TFC payroll which occurs every other Friday.

PAYOUT

Should you choose to receive a payout:

TFC will take on full responsibility for promoting and marketing your event.

You will receive a minimum Teacher base rate of $25 (alternate amounts depend on the price and duration of the event as well as attendance incentives)

This option is ideal for instructors/influencers who don't want the pressure of promoting or marketing their class or event, or who may be at the beginning of their career and do not quite have a following just yet.

You will receive a payout for your event the week of TFC payroll which occurs every other Friday.
