2021 Hawk Singers Participation Form
Dear Hazeldale 4th and 5th grade families,
 
      I’m excited to announce that Hazeldale Elementary School will have a 4th and 5th grade choir this year, even if it has to be virtual! The “Hazeldale Hawk Singers” is open to motivated 4th and 5th grade students interested in extra musical opportunities. The choir will rehearse in the Hazeldale music ZOOM room on Wednesdays from 12:00-12:45. The first rehearsal will be Wednesday January 13th. The zoom room is the same as normal music specials. Rehearsal attendance is mandatory for the group to be successful. Should you and your child decide that they would like to participate, please come fill out the google form.
