Winter Fest Vendor Application
We are so excited to bring Small Shops and the Community together for Winter Fest, on Small Business Saturday, November 28th from 9 am - 5 pm, in Downtown Pleasant Grove. This fun event is geared at creating an amazing shopping experience and holiday event for the whole family. Being that there will be very limited Black Friday shopping options this year, we are anticipating a great turn out, and are planning a fun festival filled with food, entertainment, Santa Clause, and incredible holiday shopping.

We are currently accepting applications from all businesses for the event, and are looking forward to including a variety of locally owned & unique small shops from the area. We will be heavily promoting the event through all social media handles & will be working directly with the City of Pleasant Grove to promote the Festival as well.

There are 3 booth options available:
Double 20 X 20: $175 (Deposit: $87.50; non-refundable: $43.75)
Single 10 x 10: $100 (Deposit: $50.00; non-refundable: $25.00)
Half: $60 (Deposit: $30.00; non-refundable: $15.00)
We created these booth options to make it affordable for shops to share the cost of a booth space, thereby allowing for more shops to be included in the market. If you purchase a half booth, we will make sure to pair you with a complimenting booth buddy! Fee includes the designated booth size as well as social media graphics and a social media posting schedule.

Please fill out the entire application and read through and agree to the 'Best Vendor Practices' before submitting your application. Once you have submitted your application, you will be notified by email with in 48 hrs of admittance or denial to the market. We will do our best to include as many shops as possible, while also providing the best shopping experience for customers, and the best selling experience for our vendors.

If you are invited to be a vendor at the Pop Up Market, you will receive further event details, and payment information at that time.

Best Vendor Practices
If accepted as a vendor to the Winter Fest Pop Up Market, you agree to:
1. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of other vendors and vendor space.
2. Be kind, courteous and respectful of the event coordinators.
3. Be kind, courteous and respectful of all attendees at the Festival.
3. Be on time and be set up no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of the event.
4. Have booth taken down and cleaned up no later than 2 hours after the end of the event (7 pm).
5. Share about and promote the event on all social media feeds.
6. Keep in mind- it isn't about competition, it's about supporting and helping each other.
7. Ensure that all products and services offered are family friendly.
