Kelsie is a Human Resources Consultant and Fractional HR Leader. she loves working with small businesses to equally support the organization and associated employees for sustainable growth, empower people managers with effective guidance and toolkits to lead as well as always look to ensure compliance and mitigate risk + legal liability. 

Wendy has 20+ years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources. She has established a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies. As a passionate advocate for creating thriving workplace cultures, she has successfully led initiatives that bridge the gap between organizational goals and employee satisfaction.

Location: Rochester Public Utilities Community Room 4000 East River Rd NE Rochester Map to RPU As you enter the main lobby, the Community room is directly to the left.

Parking: Guests should enter parking lot from East River Road and park in the designated visitor spots along the back row. Overflow parking at Foster-Arend Park is available. Park is adjacent to RPU.
