1/25 - 1/29 Weekly Meal Request
Pardeeville School District will be supplying FREE lunch pick-up for any child in the school district, age 18 years or younger. Meals can be picked-up at the Elementary or High School. Each meal request will include a breakfast and a lunch.

Weekly Meal Request Forms are available Monday mornings starting at 8am and close Sunday Evening.  No late entries will be accepted.

A combination of Hot and Cold Meals will be distributed. The food service staff will need to know if there is access to an oven to cook the hot item(s). You will need to specify "Cold Lunch ONLY" in the form if you do not have access to an oven.

All meals will be PICK-UP Monday - Friday for ONE HOUR ONLY from 9:00am-10:00am by the cafeteria, Door #5 of the High School and Door #4 of the Elementary School. Please walk up to the table, state your family name and number of meals.

MASKS MUST BE WORN WHILE PICKING UP MEALS.

ON WEDNESDAYS ONLY - In the form, bussed students have the option to have WEDNESDAY meals delivered.  Pardeeville Staff WILL NOT leave the bus to deliver the meal(s). Students do not have to be present, but someone will need to go to the bus to receive the meals. This option is currently only available on WEDNESDAYS due to staffing.

Meals may differ from the on-line lunch menu.
