FECC Summer Program 6/3 to 8/2/2024 

FECC Summer Program is a non-profit, state registered heritage school, located in the city of Cerritos, dedicated to serving children and their families in the community. 

Elementary age (going to 1st grade to 7th grade) children can enroll in our Summer Program. Daily curriculum includes: academic review, learn a 2nd language, character development, exposure to cultural experiences with dance, history, arts, and music, as well as involvement in sports and other activities. 

$215/week (weekly field trips, daily lunches and 2 daily snacks included). Receive a 5% discount if a full payment is made; must enroll for at least 8 weeks to receive the discount. 

Last day to enroll and submit a payment is 5/31/2024

FECC Summer HANDBOOK 
We the parents, would like to enroll our child in the summer program offered by FECC. I understand that I am responsible for reading the Summer Program handbook, understanding and abiding by its contents and cooperating with the policies and the purpose of FECC Summer Program. We further understand that the Bible and religious teachings are part of every aspect of FECC Summer Program.

Consent to medical care and treatment of minor child 
I, hereby give permission that my child, may be given emergency treatment, including first aid and CPR by a qualified staff member of FECC Summer Program. I further authorize and consent to dental, medical, surgical, and hospital care, treatment, and procedures to be performed for my child by a licensed dentist, physician, or hospital when deemed immediately necessary or advisable by the physician to safeguard my child’s health if I cannot be contacted. In such case, I waive my right of informed consent to such treatment. I also give permission for my child to be transported by ambulance or other transportation to an emergency center for treatment. I agree that I will pay all dental, medical and hospital bills, and FECC shall not be responsible for them.
