Will you be attending the show on Saturday night?
Registration is $35, which includes a lunch (a salad buffet on Saturday that will accommodate all dietary needs, such as gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options). If you are a Front Line Director your registration is comp'd.
You will be directed to pay for your registration after you complete this form. If your registration is comp'd, you can ignore this step.


Note: if you pay for a registration but are unable to attend, there are no refunds.  You may transfer your registration fee to another attendee.
