Yes, I would like to support PBW!
Burnet Woods Park is a fresh breath of nature at the heart of several communities, colleges and hospitals. Each of its 89.3 acres provide vital habitat for flora and fauna to thrive despite the development pressure surrounding this historic urban wood. Over 100 species of trees and 160 species of birds have been documented in the park’s lake, wetland and woodland areas. Burnet Woods valleys and shelters are gathering places for neighbors to come together. Its paths and trails give space for solitude to individuals wanting peaceful time outdoors.

The mission of Preserve Burnet Woods is to protect, promote, celebrate and sustain Burnet Woods as a community-supported greenspace and urban oasis. Your support of our mission through membership and donation provides:
* support for community projects essential to the health of the park (invasive species removal, litter pick-up)
* supplies for educational nature programming
* opportunity to sponsor fun park events & classes for the surrounding communities
* opportunity to contribute to park capital enhancements and longevity needs
* basic operating expenses to promote awareness of the park and encourage volunteerism
* voting option to help choose our Board* (members only, requires yearly renewal)

Preserve Burnet Woods is a 100% volunteer effort and a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization started in 2018. Our Board is dedicated to the belief that Burnet Woods is a vital environmental asset to our city and that it should be protected and sustained as public greenspace for generations ahead.

Will you help us support this 89.3 acre urban oasis?
