Ushering Early Shift (4:30-6:35 pm) - Seat guests, safety, watch out for children, cleaning, etc.

Security Early Shift (4:30-6:35 pm) - Direct traffic & parking, safety, watch out for children, etc.

Food Server Early Shift (4:30-6:35 pm) - Serve food & beverages to guests, etc.

Volunteer Check In/Out Early Shift (4:30-6:35 pm) - Sign in volunteers and their belongings, pass out/collect name tags

Volunteer Check In/Out Late Shift (6:25-8:30 pm) - Sign in volunteers and their belongings, pass out/collect name tags, & clean up & clean up

Breakdown & Clean Up (8:00-9:00 pm) - Restore Fellowship Hall setup, move tables & chairs, vacuum, cleaning, etc.
