Dear young brother or sister,

We are thankful to the Lord for your desire to serve with the children. We believe you could be very useful in the hands of the Lord by following a few guidelines that will allow the more mature serving ones to assist you in this stage where you are learning to serve in fellowship and coordination with others. 

Before you could begin serving on Lord´s Day children meetings under the care of a designated mentor, we would ask you to follow our regular procedure for all serving ones to be accepted into this service. This is required because you will be serving on behalf of the Church in Anaheim. The procedure requires that you:

Submit in writing a brief testimony concerning your Christian life and Church life. (Even a child makes himself known by his deeds. Whether his work is pure and whether it is upright. Proverbs 20:11).

In this communication, we would like to understand your desire to serve with the children and what is in your heart concerning them. Please provide:

Past experience serving with children (if any)
