Here is the registration form for middle school and high school summer camps. Please provide information for your child below.

Deposits for Hume are due on 3/31 for $150. Payments by check to Nova Community Church or online through the Giving (not Tithely) page at NovaChurch.org are accepted. Please make sure to select Hume Down Payment. The final payment is due on 6/2.
